Return of Goods

At Storerack Limited, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns with prior agreement with the seller within 14 working days of delivery. Your refund will be processed immediately on receipt of the goods but may take up to 7 days for any refund to appear in your bank account.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned complete with packaging and be in a re-saleable state. Please note that a handling charge will be imposed on all returns. This will normally be up to a maximum of 15% of the sell price, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
